Business entities are able to cut excess fat and provide products faster by doing tighter controls on internal production, internal inventories, sales, distribution and inventories of the company’s product purchasers.


Supply chain management assumes that every product launched to market results from the efforts of many business entities called the supply chain. These supply chains are existed for ages, until recently most business entities have paid limited attention to them.
